I wish I was BEAUTIFUL...

Sometimes I wish I was society beautiful. You know what I'm talking about. The Classic beauty that pauses conversations and makes a man want to drop on bended knee as soon as he sees me. Now don't get it twisted. I've almost caused a few accidents while walking down the street lol. When you hear that "DAMNNNNNN" lol #IssaWrap. I became a bit more attractive after the late bloomer stage helped my ass and titties settle in.

You ask most men who their celebrity crush is, and to no surprise, the top answer is Rihanna - she is drop dead gorgeous. In the eyes of many, she can do no wrong. You may be shocked at this next tidbit. There are men out there that don't find her attractive. Crazy right? I heard a man say because she got a bigger forehead that she wasn't all that pretty.

Have you ever been told you're ugly to your face? That shit is painful. Want to know what's worse than that? When you believe what was said to you. But think about it. Were you born thinking you're ugly? NO!

The seed was planted, which unfortunately blossomed into insecurity.

"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."

Nah - those words hurt and cut deeper than physical pain.

When you speak positively to plants, they grow beautifully Speak negative, and they die. It's a proven fact!

The best advice for the culture?

FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

Vivica Fox said it best in Two can play that Game.

"All women are beautiful, and We all have something that works for us.

The longer you keep looking at the Instagram models with the pretty faces and" perfect" bodies, the more you're going to find" flaws" with yourself. I know easier said than done. I'm learning that self-love is a lifetime journey. I don't have the formula that magically takes away the insecurities. At the end of the day, it starts with wanting to love yourself. Whatever you want, you get. It's the law of the universe.

- If you need to talk to a therapist, seek someone out

- Find a support group (A quick Facebook search and BOOM!) - Want plastic surgery - go ahead sis, get your body done (Please Oh Please make sure you go to a licensed and reputable doctor. Spend those coins the right way) - Experiment with eye color (contacts); do something different with your hair. - Play in some makeup. You'd be surprised what a beat face will do for confidence

- Print out some affirmations to say to yourself every day

When you look good, you feel good! That's facts

Most, if not all of us, are frequently active on social media. Sometimes seeing is believing. Follow some people that challenge you, give fantastic inspiration, and, more importantly, live by what they say.

I suggest @jstlbby on IG. Watch a few of her videos. I Highly doubt you'd need much convincing about why you should follow her!
