I've been having a rough week......

This morning I didn't hear my work alarm and that pretty much was not a good start to my day. I have to get me and son Isaiah ready, take him to day care then head to work. Needless to say I was super late. My son started having a temper tantrum when we got to the daycare. I give him something to drink since I'm sure he's thirsty after eating a nutri grain bar. He's still fusing. I pick him up and he stops crying and lays on my shoulder. One of the teachers for another class notices what's going on and comes over to ask if I'd like her to take Isaiah to his class. I attempted to let her take my son but he wasn't having it. She starts leading me to his class and asks me how my day is going. I tell her "I don't know if I should answer that honestly. She looks at me and says "I understand" then looks straight at me and say “Omg momma you’re tired”

My spirit resonated with the words and then the tears fell. I am physically tired however my tears reflect the kind of tired that’s beyond the physical realm. Inside my soul I’ve reached a breaking point. This week life has hit me from all different angles and I’m trying to figure out why. It was all good just a week ago. That teacher prayed for me and gave me a hug while I cried some more. I even felt Isaiah cuddle up on me a little tighter. Afterward he happily went to his classroom without any further fussing.  I’m not going to put my problems out on front street because I’m not trying to gain sympathy. This is simply me relating to anyone right now going through a tough time. There is no resolution manual to go to when shit happens. All you could really hope for is that you eventually get through the dark tunnel. On a spiritual level I feel like the chaos is for a reason. I have to spend some time to meditate and cleanse my aura. I cried some more for at least 20 minutes while I walked to catch the next bus to work. I used to hate crying because I felt that made me weak. I had to learn that crying is another way of releasing which is good for the soul. I get so caught up in "being strong" and put together that often I don't cry until the emotions gets so built up that I have no choice but to let it out.

I have to admit that I felt so much better after I cried. My problems are still there but I feel stronger now. Sometimes life responsibilities can get a bit overwhelming. I'll weather this small storm just like I've done with the others in the past. I feel as though my solution is to get connected again spiritually. I believe we all have angels and guides from spirit all around. I need to trust that I'm protected and loved from the other side. I still have this issue of trying to control every aspect of my life. I need to "let go and let god". Prayer helps and miracles happen every day.  I would like to invite you the reader to share with me and other readers how you get though bad periods in your life. Sharing is caring. Leave your comments in the comment section below. I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed day or night.
